Dillon Eustace advised Key Capital on the sale of The Sunday Business Post
Dillon Eustace advised Key Capital on its disposal of Post Publications Limited, the publishing company of the Sunday Business Post, the specialist Irish business newspaper.
The newspaper is being acquired by Irish investment platform Kilcullen Kapital Partners for an undisclosed sum. Dillon Eustace originally advised Key Capital on its acquisition of the Sunday Business Post out of Examinership in 2013 and have remained their legal advisor since.
The Dillon Eustace transaction team was led by Lorcan Tiernan, Partner and Head of the Corporate and M&A Team, with support from David Lawless, Head of Tax.
