Tara heads the fund registration and listing team advises a range of fund structures on global distribution, market abuse and listing requirements across a range of exchange venues.
Tara advises Irish and international funds on all aspects of ancillary fund services, such as distribution, listing, marketing and regulatory requirements in Europe and on global markets. She also advises a range of debt issuers and listed corporates on regulatory and listing requirements.
She established the team in 2001 after joining the firm from a corporate finance and client advisory practice and Euronext Dublin (formerly the Irish Stock Exchange).
Tara has published numerous articles on regulatory requirements for ETFs, UCITS and AIFs and is a regular speaker at industry events.
Her domestic and international clients include UCITS, AIFs, ETFs, offshore investment funds, investment managers, corporates, law firms and debt issuers.
Tara’s representative actions include:
- Advised EU and US global private equity and real estate groups on distribution across the European market.
- Advised numerous UCITS and AIF issuers on marketing and distribution requirements with the EU and on other global markets.
- Sponsored a large hedge fund platform of over 200 funds with a Euronext Dublin listing.
- Supported a number of ETFs with listings across a range of European markets.
- Advised Spanish and Italian corporates with debt financing and listing on Euronext Dublin.
