Tara O’Callaghan is head of the Listing Department.

Tara provides structuring and regulatory advice on exchange and EU requirements for listed issuers. Her domestic and international clients include ETFs, investment funds, investment managers, law firms, promoters and debt issuers.

Tara’s experience includes working at the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE) and a leading Dublin client advisory firm. She helped Dillon Eustace become the first Irish law firm to set up an in-house listing department in 2001. The service offers clients a full turnkey advisory service.

She has wide expertise of ETFs, hedge funds, Irish and Cayman exchange requirements, and EU regulation relating to listed securities – such as market abuse, transparency, audit and prospectus directives. Tara has direct relationships with many exchanges in Europe and the Cayman Islands. She is involved in policy development as the sole sponsor representative on the Rules and Regulatory committee of the ISE and is a member of Women in ETFs. She is a regular presenter at ETF industry events.

Tara’s representative actions include advising:

  • Lyxor Asset Management on the listing of a platform of alternative strategy funds.
  • International clients including Barings, GAM, AXA, FBD, Lyxor, PIMCO, Kraft Heinz, Coronation, Yuki, Heinz Kraft, Towergate, AIG, Cott Corporation and FBD.
  • Directors, investment managers, listed entities and service providers on the implications on their business of market abuse regulations.
