Providing Irish law advices to an ad hoc group of secured lenders to Nordic Aviation Capital in relation to the Irish aspect of its Chapter 11 restructuring.
Providing Irish law advices to the security trustee in the recent global restructurings of Mallinckrodt Plc and Weatherford International Plc.
Acting for the court appointed liquidator of a company in Commercial Court proceedings stemming from Missing Trader Intra-Community VAT fraud (Carousel VAT fraud).
