Advising a large UK asset manager on the authorisation and maintenance of multiple Irish umbrella UCITS sub-funds with varying strategies, including sustainability focused funds, long/short funds and funds with a complex use of derivatives.

Sarah specialises in advice on regulatory and structural matters relating to the establishment of all types of investment funds, with a particular focus on UCITS.
Sarah has worked on secondment at a large Luxembourg law firm, in the Legal Department of a large US Asset Manager client based in London, and in the Dillon Eustace Cayman Islands office. She holds a Specialist Certificate in Investment Funds from the Irish Funds Association and Institute of Bankers in Ireland.
Sarah advises clients on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters. Her experience covers the establishment and maintenance of UCITS products as well the establishment of Alternative Investment Funds Managers Directive (AIFMD)-compliant Qualifying Investor Alternative Investment Funds (QIAIFs). Sarah’s recent work has also included the establishment of Irish Collective Investment Asset-management Vehicles (ICAVs), mergers, change of service providers and conversions from self managed funds to externally managed funds.
