Philip joined Dillon Eustace in 2018 having spent 7 years with another leading Irish law firm. He has over 10 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures, private equity, corporate restructuring, corporate governance and general commercial matters.
Philip has advised a wide range of domestic and international corporations, private equity funds and financial institutions, with significant operations in Ireland.
