Paul Eustace is a consultant in the Real Estate team. Paul was a founding partner of Dillon Eustace in 1992 and is a consultant in the Real Estate team. He has worked in commercial property for most of his professional life.
Paul advises developers of commercial and residential developments and has acted for many financial institutions on secured lending transactions over a wide variety of commercial property. He is an expert in landlord and tenant law and acts for both landlords and tenants.
Paul’s representative transactions include:
- Advising on the acquisition and subsequent sale of a mixed office and commercial portfolio valued at c. €500m.
- Advising on the disposal of major residential development sites in Dunshaughlin County Meath and Skerries County Dublin with a view to further development.
- Advising the recent acquisition and subsequent sale of a landmark building in central Dublin.
- Advising a leading medical service provider on the expansion of its operations.
- Advising on the sale by way of leaseback of multiple properties owned by a client.
