Paul Eustace is a consultant in the Real Estate team.
Paul was a founding partner of Dillon Eustace in 1992 and is a consultant in the Real Estate team. He has worked in commercial property for most of his professional life.
Paul advises developers of commercial and residential developments and has acted for many financial institutions on secured lending transactions over a wide variety of commercial property. He is an expert in landlord and tenant law and acts for both landlords and tenants.
Paul’s representative transactions include advising:
- On the acquisition and subsequent sale of a mixed office and commercial portfolio valued at c. €500m (Project Molly).
- The acquirer of a mixed commercial and residential portfolio with a view to further development (Project Redwood).
- An overseas lender in a multi-million loan over a large number of commercial properties (Project Quanta).
- The recent acquisition and subsequent sale of a landmark building in central Dublin.
- A leading medical devices company on the expansion of its operations by acquiring adjoining lands.
- On the recent acquisition for development purposes of a green field development site in North County Dublin.
