Joseph joined Dillon Eustace in 2018 having qualified in another leading Irish law firm in 2015. He has extensive experience in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, company law and corporate governance, regulatory issues, shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures, corporate restructuring and private equity / venture capital investments.
Joseph has represented public and private corporations, private equity houses, venture capital investors, businesses owners and entrepreneurs transacting in many industries and sectors, including financial services, technology, life sciences, healthcare and media and entertainment.
Joseph completed a secondment with the Irish headquarters of a major multinational pharmaceutical company where he joined the legal team. He directly assisted the head of legal and was involved in supporting a major corporate re-organisation as well as day to day legal matters regarding compliance with industry-specific regulations and codes of practice.
