Jonathan specialises in alternative investment funds and corporate law. Based in Cayman since 2004, Jonathan is an experienced adviser to a broad range of clients – from fund sponsors/managers to administrators, brokers and custodians.
He acts for institutional investors on establishing, operating, re-structuring, and participating in all types of Cayman-domiciled alternative fund structures. Jonathan’s advisory work covers all aspects of the company, commercial and regulatory laws of the Cayman Islands as well as trade and acquisition finance transactions.
