Advised a global aircraft operating lessor headquartered in Singapore in obtaining judgment in excess of US$ 400m in the Commercial Court, together with obtaining a worldwide freezing order and the appointment of a receiver over shares in aid of execution of the judgment.

Acting for a court appointed liquidator to a company which imported high-end luxury vehicles into the Irish market in Commercial Court proceedings claiming fraud (Missing Trader Intra-Community VAT fraud) against former directors which have resulted in a successful settlement of those proceedings.
Acting for the examiner in the Bombay Pantry examinership which was the first examinership scheme to receive court sanction under the new examinership regime following enactment of the European Union (Preventive Restructuring) Regulations 2022.
Advising a syndicate of international institutional secured lenders to Nordic Aviation Capital (largest regional aircraft lessor in the world) in relation to the Irish aspects of NAC’s restructuring through chapter 11 in the US.
Acting for an indenture trustee with respect to a series of guaranteed noteholders claims in the examinership of Mallinckrodt Plc (noteholders claims of c. USD $1 billion).
Acting for a number of creditors in the examinership of Norwegian Air.
Acting for the security trustee for several series of unsecured notes totalling approximately USD $7.4 billion in the examinership of Weatherford International Plc.
