Derval Keane is head of the Company Secretarial team. Her practice area covers a broad range of corporate structures, including regulated and unregulated entities.
Derval joined Dillon Eustace in 2017 from one of Ireland’s other leading firms where she also acted as Head of the Company Secretarial Department.
She has extensive company secretarial knowledge across a range of companies, regulated and unregulated, listed, public and private.
Derval started her career at PKF in London before moving to Linklaters. She has over 26 years' experience working in this area and has been a chartered member of the ICSA for over 23 years.
