Derval is Head of the Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial team, Tudor Trust Limited.
Derval manages the company secretarial practice for Dillon Eustace. She has extensive company secretarial knowledge across a range of companies, regulated and un-regulated, listed, public and private.
Derval joined Dillon Eustace in 2017 from one of Ireland’s other leading firms where she also acted as Head of the Company Secretarial Department.
She started her career at PKF in London before moving to Linklaters. She has over 26 years’ experience working in this area and has been a chartered member of the CGI for over 25 years.
