Daragh works in the Asset Management and Investment Funds team in Dillon Eustace.

Daragh joined Dillon Eustace in 2018 from another Irish law firm. Daragh’s main area of practice is asset management and investment funds and he advises fund promoters on the structuring, establishment and regulation of all types of investment funds, including plain vanilla and alternative UCITS and open and closed-ended AIFs. Daragh also advises investment funds and fund service providers on ongoing legal and regulatory matters connected to the operation of their business.

Representative Transactions:

  • Worked on the establishment and authorisation of a number of Irish funds with varying asset classes including private equity, real estate, loan origination and plain vanilla structures.
  • Worked on the clearance of a number of entities to act as investment managers to Irish funds.
  • Worked on the change of service providers appointed to Irish funds.
  • Providing Fund Boards with ongoing legal and regulatory advice in relation to the operation of the relevant fund.
