​Conor is a partner in the Banking & Capital Markets team.

Conor joined Dillon Eustace in 2018 having spent 9 years with another leading Irish law firm. His principal practice areas are structured finance, debt capital markets, general banking and restructurings. Conor’s other areas of expertise include loan portfolio acquisitions, disposals and financings, high-yield bond issues and the establishment of asset acquisition and loan origination platforms.

In recent years Conor has acted for a number of the world’s largest financial institutions, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity funds and distressed funds as well as a range of both domestic and international corporate clients.

Conor's recent representative transactions include advising:

  • numerous Irish issuers on securitisation and repackaging programmes arranged by leading investment banks.
  • the arranger in respect of a residential mortgage backed securitisation;
  • an asset manager in connection with a number of CLO transactions;
  • numerous private equity, hedge and pension funds on the establishment of loan origination and asset acquisition platforms;
  • a large multinational investment bank in connection with its financing of a number of loan portfolio acquisitions.
