Conor is a partner in the Banking and Capital Markets team in Dublin and advises clients on all areas of finance law.

Conor acts for a wide range of clients including asset and investment managers, leading domestic and global financial institutions, alternative lenders, large corporates, private equity funds and limited partnerships across a wide range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions.

Conor is a member of the Irish Debt Securities Association.

Conor's principal practice areas are fund finance, debt capital markets including corporate bond issuances and structured finance, real estate financing, acquisition and leveraged finance.

Advising several Irish funds in connection with multi-currency and multi-jurisdictional asset based and subscription line financings across Dublin, Luxembourg and Cayman fund ranges.

Advising numerous private equity funds on the establishment of loan origination and asset acquisition platforms.

Advising a number of European and US-based asset and investment managers in relation to bespoke note financing structures

Advising a number of Irish issuers on securitisation and repackaging programmes arranged by leading investment banks.

Advising multiple borrower and lender clients in respect of large real estate and acquisition finance transactions.
