Conor Keaveny

Conor is a Partner in the Banking and Capital Markets team. Conor advises domestic and international financial and corporate clients including banks, non-bank lenders, funds and partnerships, as well as family offices and high net worth individuals on banking and finance, capital markets, aviation and asset finance.

He has worked on an array of funding structures including bi-lateral, club and syndicated deals, frequently spanning multiple jurisdictions and his experience includes real estate, development, leveraged and tax-based financings, fund financings, asset financings (including aircraft and ships) and leasing. He has advised extensively on note issuance platforms and structures using Irish “Section 110” companies.

Conor is a member of the Irish Taxation Institute and also the Financial and Professional Services Committee of the British Irish Chamber of Commerce. He lectures and tutors on banking law at the Law Society of Ireland.

Advising Allied Irish Banks, p.l.c. on their award winning deal (Deals of the Year 2022, Finance Dublin) financing the Dixon International Transport group.

Advising Deutsche Bank on its financing of the management buyout of Seniors Money and the subsequent securitisation of Seniors Money’s portfolio of equity release mortgages (Deals of the Year winner two years running, Finance Dublin).

Advising Clovis Oncology on the Irish financing aspects of its Chapter 11 proceedings.

Advising Fairfield Real Estate Finance on multiple Irish real estate development and investments transactions.
