Catherine Hicks specialises in Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions.
Catherine is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Department having joined Dillon Eustace in 2007 and advises clients from a broad range of industries including healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services, real estate and insurance.
Catherine advises international and domestic clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures, private equity, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, employee share schemes and general commercial matters.

- Advised Centric Healthcare Group on its sale of Global Diagnostics Ireland to London-listed Medica Group.
- Advised Tigers Childcare in relation to an investment by British venture capital group Business Growth Fund (BGF).
- Advised Centric Healthcare Group on its acquisition of a majority stake in Spectrum Mental Health.
- Advised FBD Holdings plc on the issue of a €70m convertible bond.
- Advised Jellia Holdings Limited in relation to the sale of a property portfolio including three primary care centres to London-listed Primary Health Properties.
- Advised Perrigo Company on its USD 8.6bn acquisition of Elan Corporation plc.
