Anna has built up her specialism in advising domestic financial institutions and alternative lenders in all areas of corporate lending and finance transactions. Anna has represented corporate borrowers relating to real estate and development financing and acquisition finance transactions.
Anna has experience on secondment to a large domestic pillar bank working with its corporate legal team as well as a leading specialist international financial services company located in Dublin.
Anna’s representative transactions include advising:
- Allied Irish Banks, p.l.c. on their award winning deal (Deals of the Year 2021, Finance Dublin) financing the acquisition of the CRS Refrigeration / CRS Mobile Cold Storage group and facilitating a management buy-in by a private equity firm.
- National Asset Management Agency on its disposal of the Project Emerald & Ruby and the Project Gem loan portfolios with a combined par value of €7.7 billion.
- Fine Grain on the financing of the acquisition of the Westpark business campus in Shannon, Co. Limerick for more than €50 million and separately on its acquisition of Waterside at Citywest Business Campus.
- Allied Irish Banks, p.l.c. on numerous secured financing transactions including development financing; property acquisitions deals for hotels, nursing homes, and shopping centres.
- Allied Irish Banks, p.l.c. on a senior debt facility for the acquisition of over 1,000 residential units in Dublin and Kildare.
