Securities Financing Transaction SFT Regulation Upcoming Jan 2017 Deadline
The Dillon Eustace would like to remind all entities engaged in financing transactions and total return swaps, including UCITS management companies, UCITS investment companies and AIFMS of the upcoming reporting deadline under the SFT Regulations. The European Securities and Markets Association (ESMA) have recently confirmed that the reporting and disclosure requirements under the SFT Regulations in force since 2016 should be included in the next annual or half-yearly report to be published after 13 January 2017.
