Dillon Eustace contributes to leading "Brexit and Financial Regulation" publication
Dillon Eustace have contributed the Irish chapter of the Oxford University Press publication -"Brexit and Financial Regulation". This book deals with the impact of Brexit on the regulatory environment for financial institutions in Europe with a focus on a number of jurisdictions, including Ireland, and covers issues such as market access, the impact of Brexit on the regulatory authorisation process and the changing roles of the European Supervisory Authorities.
