Dillon Eustace is delighted to announce the appointment of Martin Colman as Head of its Real Estate Department. The appointment is with effect from 1 August 2022.

Martin advises on all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisition, development, construction, property finance, disposals and landlord and tenant matters.

Martin takes over from Kelly O’Hara who continues as a partner in the Real Estate team.

Announcing the appointment, Donnacha O’Connor, Managing Partner said:” Martin is a leading practitioner in Real Estate and Banking and Finance having advised on some of the largest real estate transactions in the market, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development, and funding.

Martin’s appointment will build on the excellent work of his predecessor Kelly O’Hara and will further strengthen our real estate capabilities and offering to clients”.
