FBD Insurance, the largest Irish owned insurer, appointed Dillon Eustace to act for it on the acquisition of FBD’s Mullingar-based Lakepoint offices. The 2,322 sq.m. premises, which houses FBD’s midlands call centre operations, had been occupied by FBD under lease since 2007 and it has now bought the building outright from the original developer of Lakepoint Retail & Business Park, MKN Property Group.

The Dillon Eustace transaction team was led by Kelly O’Hara, Partner and Head of Real Estate with support from Gemma Casey, in our real estate team.
