Dillon Eustace LLP real estate team represented SW3 Capital and Tristan Capital Partners on the letting of part of The EXO in Dublin’s North Docklands to An Post comprising a total of 77,300 square feet. This deal is the largest office letting in Ireland of 2022 to date.
