Dillon Eustace advises vendor on sale of Dublin office investment

Dillon Eustace’s Real Estate team was delighted to act for the vendor in the sale of a premium office investment at Ashtown Gate, Dublin 15.

Located next to Phoenix Park, the investment comprises two fully let office blocks extending to nearly 100,000sq ft, with over 90% of the rent roll being State-backed. We wish the purchaser, Ardvest, well with these investments.
