Dillon Eustace advises Tenax Capital Limited on the establishment of their new Irish investment fund
Dillon Eustace LLP were delighted to advise Tenax Capital Limited on the establishment of their new Irish investment fund, Tenax Sustainable Credit Fund, which will provide medium and long-term credit primarily to mid to large European companies. The fund is managed by Tenax Capital Limited, in partnership with Bridge Fund Management Limited as AIFM, CACEIS Ireland Limited as Administrator and CACEIS Bank, Ireland Branch as depositary. Intesa Sanpaolo will act as non-exclusive originator of the fund’s assets.
