Dillon Eustace advises NAV Fund Services on its Central Bank of Ireland authorisation
We are pleased to advise NAV Fund Administration Group on the launch of NAV Fund Services in Ireland, which has received authorisation from the Central Bank of Ireland. NAV Fund Services will provide full fund administration, including fund accounting and transfer agency services in Ireland for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and unregulated private funds.
The team was led by Keith Waine (Partner, Financial Regulation) and included Karen Jennings, Laura Twomey and Caoimhe Costello (Financial Regulation), Richard Lacken and Kyle Moran (Tax), and David Kavanagh (Employment).
