Dillon Eustace advises the LDA on Cooper Square Development in Clonburris

Dillon Eustace is pleased to have advised the Land Development Agency (LDA) on the forward funding of the development of 607 apartments and eight commercial units at Cooper Square, Seven Mills, Clonburris, Dublin 22. 

Following delivery across four phases, the transaction completed on 16 October 2026. This represents a significant milestone for the LDA, marking the completion of its first Project Tosaigh 2 transaction. 

Cooper Square is a new residential development at Seven Mills, Dublin 22, comprising one, two and three-bedroom apartments. The development forms part of the LDA’s Cost Rental offering and is located in the growing Seven Mills neighbourhood, with access to rail, road and local amenities.
