Dillon Eustace advises IPUT plc on Tropical Fruit Warehouse leasing to TikTok
Dillon Eustace’s real estate team was delighted to act for IPUT Real Estate Dublin plc in leasing the entire Tropical Fruit Warehouse to TikTok in one of the largest office lettings of 2022.
The team was led by Kelly O'Hara with assistance from Brendan Cunnane, Fiona O'Neill and Breffni Muldoon.
The Tropical Fruit Warehouse is an iconic new office development overlooking the River Liffey in the heart of Dublin’s docklands. It comprises 85,000 square feet of office space within a beautifully restored Victorian warehouse and two cantilevered, fully glazed office floors above the warehouse and a modern office block to the rear.
