Dillon Eustace advises Decathlon on its new retail store in Clerys
Dillon Eustace was delighted to advise Decathlon on its new retail store in Clerys Quarter in Dublin’s city centre.
The letting will see the company take a 30-year lease on the 2,787sq m (30,000 sq ft) unit, which is expected to open later this year.
The Dillon Eustace team was led by Kelly O’Hara (Partner, Real Estate) and also included Breifne Muldoon (Associate, Real Estate) and Amy Murphy (Solicitor, Real Estate).
