Dillon Eustace advises Balbec on the Securitisation of a NPL Portfolio
Dillon Eustace was pleased to advise PRPM Lagado 2022 – 1 Designated Activity Company and Lagado Assets IE IV Limited (formerly Balbec Loan IE IV Limited) on the securitisation of a portfolio of over 3,000 non-performing loans, which was arranged by J.P. Morgan SE.
This trade is the first NPL securitisation to be done in Europe with AA ratings.
