Dillon Eustace advises Alantra Group on establishment of ELTIF ICAV
Dillon Eustace is delighted to have acted for the Alantra Group on the establishment of Alantra Debt Umbrella ELTIF ICAV, an umbrella ELTIF with one initial closed ended sub-fund, Alantra Real Estate Debt II ELTIF ICAV. The investment objective of this initial sub-fund is to obtain positive returns through the financing of European companies whose principal activity is the ownership and/or operation of real estate assets.
