Dillon Eustace advises Abarta Investments ICAV on Twilfit House sale to Whitbread

Dillon Eustace acted as advisers to Abarta Investment ICAV, on the sale of Twilfit House, one of its landmark development sites to Whitbread, owner of the Premier Inn hotel chain.

Twilfit House based in Dublin City Centre, close to O’Connell Street, Temple Bar, Trinity College and other tourist attractions, is Whitbread’s first freehold acquisition in Dublin. The group intends to build a new 180-bedroom hotel on the site.

The Dillon Eustace transaction team was led by Louise Wright, Partner in the Real Estate Team, with support from Richard Lacken, Senior Associate, Tax.
