Dillon Eustace acted as advisers to Abarta Investments ICAV, on the sale of 22-23 Dawson Street, Dublin 2, centrally located in the well-established retail and restaurant quarters of Dublin City, parallel to Grafton Street and adjacent to St Stephen’s Green. It is a mixed use commercial premises with restaurants, shops and four luxury apartments readily accessible by the Luas green and red lines.
