Dillon Eustace advises Abarta Investments ICAV on €15 million sale of Dublin Business School
Dillon Eustace acted as advisers to Abarta Investment ICAV, a leading real estate investment and Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicle, in the sale of 13/14 Aungier Street, Dublin 2 ,occupied under a long lease by Dublin Business School.
The Dillon Eustace transaction team was led by Louise Wright, Real Estate Partner, supported by Richard Lacken in the tax department.
