Dillon Eustace are delighted to have advised Heitman on its recent acquisition and financing of The Circle Collection.
The Circle Collection comprised 214 residential and three commercial units in Dublin across 27 separate properties. The Dillon Eustace multidisciplinary team included Donnacha O’Connor and Daragh O’Malley (Asset Management and Investment Funds) Martin Colman, Brendan Cunnane and Nessa Ryan (Real Estate) Keith Robinson, Conor Kiernan and David O’Shea (Banking) and David Lawless (Tax).
