Dillon Eustace advised Fine Grain Property on its recent acquisition and financing of the Westpark business campus in Shannon.

Fine Grain Property acquired the Westpark business campus in Shannon for more than €50 million. This brings Fine Grain Property’s total investment in the Irish market to €175 million over the last three years and Fine Grain Property has now acquired 15 office properties across Galway, Athlone, Limerick, Dublin and Cork.

The Westpark business campus currently has more than 50 companies on site, including DHL, Pepper, Aercap and Enterprise Ireland, and also has planning permission for a further 300,000 sq. ft. of tailored office space.

The Dillon Eustace transaction team was led by partners Martin Colman and Kelly O’Hara, of our Real Estate department and John-Hugh Colleran, of our Banking and Capital Markets team with Tax advice from Richard Lacken.

Commenting on the deal, Martin Colman said: “We were delighted to support Fine Grain Property on this strategic addition to their property portfolio.”

John-Hugh Colleran commented: “Dillon Eustace are excited to be working closely with the dynamic team at Fine Grain Property and we are pleased to have assisted them in financing and acquiring an impressive portfolio of assets over the past two years. We wish them the very best with their latest acquisition.”
