Dillon Eustace advise Nazare Point Limited on their authorisation as a MiFID investment firm
Dillon Eustace are delighted to have advised Nazare Point Limited on their recent authorisation by the Central Bank of Ireland as a MiFID investment firm.
Nazare Point will operate as a liquidity provider in global listed derivatives markets from its Dublin headquarters.
“This is a very exciting business for us to be involved with”
said Donnacha O’Connor, the partner in Dillon Eustace who advised Nazare Point:
“Nazare Point joins a growing number of electronic trading firms operating in Ireland. Brexit, greater regulatory harmonisation at a European level and an experienced and strong regulator gives Ireland a real opportunity to compete with the leading domiciles in the EU in this area, if we can continue to offer an attractive environment for these firms and to nurture the industry that is developing here."
