Dillon Eustace is delighted to act for the Land Development Agency (LDA) on the acquisition of 142 duplex and apartment units in Archers Wood, Delgany, County Wicklow, which are to be used for cost-rental. Under the cost-rental system, rents are based on the cost of building, managing and maintaining the homes, and not market rates.
