Dillon Eustace acts as Legal Advisors to Azimut Holding SpA
Dillon Eustace is delighted to have acted for Azimut Holding SpA, in partnership with UniCredit, on the establishment of Nova Investment Management Limited, a UCITS management company, and onemarkets Italy ICAV, a UCITS umbrella platform. The ICAV will launch shortly with of number of investment strategies for distribution through UniCredit's network in Italy.
The Dillon Eustace team was led by Colman O’Loghlen (Partner, Asset Management & Funds), Hannah Fenlon (Partner, Asset Management & Funds) and Sophie Moore (Solicitor, Asset Management & Funds) with support from Dillon Eustace’s Tax, Corporate and Financial Regulation Teams.
