Consumer Insurance Contracts Act 2019 - Breakfast Briefing -Postponed

Dillon Eustace in association with ProAdjust are hosting a breakfast briefing on the Consumer Insurance Contracts Act, 2019. The briefing is designed to inform insurance industry professionals of the key details and potential impacts of the Act. The key note speaker will be Professor Rob Merkin QC, insurance law expert and author. Dillon Eustace Partner Rachel Turner will speak on the key aspects of the new Act, followed by a panel discussion.

The panel of knowledgeable experts will share their interpretation of and advice on what has been called the biggest shake up of the Irish insurance industry in decades.

Attendance is accredited to The Insurance Institute for 2 hours CPD.
