Consideration of Personal Injuries Guidelines Postponed
Following the submission to the Judicial Council of the draft personal injuries guidelines on 9 December 2020, the Judicial Council initially met to consider them on Friday, 5 February 2021. That meeting was postponed to Saturday, 20 February 2021, as it was reported that some judges requested additional time. The meeting is now reported to have been adjourned again, for the same reason, to Saturday, 6 March 2021. We will watch this space with interest.
