Real Estate Finance

Our Real Estate Finance team offers a comprehensive understanding of all elements of real estate financing transactions. We advise many of the more active domestic and international banks, non-bank financiers, specialist real estate lenders, borrowers, funds and investors on all aspects of their financing requirements.

Our advice covers syndicated transactions, large scale bilateral loans, mezzanine finance loans, workouts, securitisations, the formation of real estate investment funds, non-performing loan acquisitions and other real estate acquisitions.

Working with traditional and non-bank lenders, borrowers and investors means we see all the angles in real estate transactions – so we can anticipate, advise on and resolve issues for clients. We devise comprehensive solutions tailored to specific client needs and regularly work with specialists in our Real Estate, Corporate, Capital Markets, Tax, Restructuring and Insolvency, Funds and Litigation and Dispute Resolution teams.
