- Representing the Motor Insurers’ Bureau of Ireland in proceedings brought by the Law Society of Ireland regarding liability for claims following the liquidation of Setanta Insurance.
- Acting for a broker dealer and investment manager in proceedings brought by an Irish domiciled fund arising from the Bernard Madoff fraud.
- Acting for the acquirer of a loan from the former Anglo Irish Bank in Commercial Court proceedings brought against it by a borrower regarding security for the loan.
- Acting for insurers in the defence of proceedings brought by a former director of Anglo Irish Bank in relation to coverage under the bank’s Directors & Officers policy.
- Advising an international airline in proceedings for interim relief in aid of English High Court proceedings against an aircraft leasing company.
