Advising DMG Media on its acquisition of various target media businesses and related notifications to the CCPC and the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media.
Advising Centric Health on the sale of its private emergency/minor injury business to the VHI and the necessary CCPC submissions.
