Advising PRPM Lagado 2022 – 1 Designated Activity Company and Lagado Assets IE IV Limited (formerly Balbec Loan IE IV Limited) on the securitisation of a portfolio of over 3,000 non-performing loans.
Advising Bank of Ireland on its financing of Atlantic Aviation’s high profile acquisition of Lufthansa Technik Shannon. Dillon Eustace received a Finance Dublin Deal of the Year 2022 award for its role in advising Bank of Ireland on this financing.
Advising Fine Grain Property on the secured financing, with Allied Irish Banks, p.l.c., of its acquisition of the Waterside portfolio at Citywest Business Campus from IPUT Real Estate and Davy Waterside Investment Fund ICAV.
Acting for Nassarius Capital on its first loan facility in Ireland, being a financing with Barclays Bank Ireland plc of the Ashlar portfolio, a residential portfolio of approximately 200 units in pre-1963 properties in central Dublin.
