Corporate Banking

Our Corporate Banking team has a long-established reputation for advising clients on complex, cross-border, high value deals. We have also significantly expanded our practice in the domestic finance market, applying proven expertise to meet growing client demand.

Our services cover the full range of corporate banking transactions, advising borrowers and lenders – traditional and non-bank – on bilateral, club and syndicated deals across a wide range of industry sectors and asset classes. We offer an integrated and comprehensive service, combining the expertise of our corporate banking team with input from specialists in investment funds, corporate, real estate, taxation, litigation, and insolvency and restructuring.

We specialise in transactions involving qualifying investor alternative investment funds (QIAIFs), Irish collective asset-management vehicles (ICAVs), and “Section 110” special purpose companies. We advise regulated entities, including financial services providers, on their banking requirements.

Our work for lenders includes acting for some of the world’s largest financial institutions, including Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank. We also work with leading Irish institutions, including Allied Irish Banks plc, and Ulster Bank Ireland DAC, and we have significant experience of working with non-bank lenders. We advise the complete range of borrowers – from international funds and private equity houses to Irish small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).
