In 2001 we became the first law firm in Ireland to be authorised as an Irish Stock Exchange (ISE) listing sponsor, and we are also a sponsor in the Cayman Islands. Our listing team provides a depth of specialist experience in advising Irish-domiciled and off-shore funds on the rules and procedures for listing investment funds on the ISE.

Our services include advising and providing policy guidance to clients on the regulatory and legal requirements relating to listed issuers, covering key areas such as market abuse, transparency, statutory audit and prospectus directives.

We advise on the full range of fund structures and types – from ETFs and UCITS to hedge funds and specialist private-equity, property funds and loan funds domiciled from Ireland to Mauritius. We also advise on listing specialist debt. Our advice is based on industry expertise – each member of our team has a full understanding of product structures and can advise clients on a range of appropriate alternatives to suit their specific needs.

For ETF clients listed in multiple jurisdictions, the team can arrange passporting to the London Stock Exchange and coordination of reporting services. For our Irish clients, we work closely with our internationally recognised Asset Management team.

Representative transactional work includes acting as:

• Sponsors a range of funds for a large Swiss asset manager, including its flagship umbrella fund.

• Listed and advised an offshore hedge fund platform of over 200 funds for institutional asset manager.

• Advisors a limited liquidity QIAIF investing in portfolios of Danish mortgage loans for a privately owned Danish manager.
