Our Financial Regulation team is experiencing significant growth and we see opportunities to further develop across several financial services sectors. To support this growth we are looking to recruit an ambitious regulatory lawyer who wishes to work with clients and colleagues of the highest calibre on a diverse range of interesting and challenging work. We are particularly interested in lawyers who have experience in one or more of the following sectors: investment firms/MiFID, payments and e-money, non-bank lending, and crypto-asset services, whether gained in-house or in private practice.

The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team, with scope for the successful candidate to quickly progress his/her career. The role will involve acting for domestic and international clients dealing with a broad range of regulatory matters, including authorisation processes and conduct of business requirements.


Suitable candidates must be able to demonstrate:

  • Minimum of 4 years post qualification experience advising on financial regulation.
  • A sound understanding of the structure of domestic and European financial services legislation;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • A high level of motivation and an ability to act on one’s own initiative;
  • An aptitude for business development and client relationship management;
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
