Responsibilities
We have an entry level opportunity for a First Level Helpdesk Support Analyst to join our busy IT team.
Responsibilities
- Respond to first level helpdesk support to all Dillon Eustace users answering first line phones and desk side support.
- Support of all existing MHC software and applications.
- Work with a range of devices including desktops, laptops, desk and mobile phones and VC.
- Ensure all support requests are logged and tracked through the helpdesk.
- Build and deploy new hardware using standard tools
- Support IT team and IT Director.
- Performing basic network administration such as user account set-up.
- Assist in other tasks/projects as requested by IT staff.
Candidate requirements
- This junior position would suit someone with a small amount of experience in first level support and is enthusiastic about learning on the job.
- Good problem-solving skills combined with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows 2010.
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach with an interest in developing
- Customer focused with good communication skills.
- Third level IT qualification desirable
